About Hally
I am National Academy of Sports Medicine certifies which means alignment is my main focus. With my training I train everyone from high level athleta to 87 year olds.
I am also a nutrition coach and work part time with a GI doctor. Helping people with gut healing, IBS, weight loss and overall lifestyle shifts is my focus.
I was a college swimmer and soccer player, taught math for 9 years and then started my own business. Learn more about me at (concealed information)
