About Jennifer
At Rooted Holistic Health we do not believe in quick fixes, fads, or strict diets in order to reach short term results. These strategies not only jeopardize your health, but often lead to frustration and feeling discouraged because they don't lead to sustainable results.
What we do believe in, is providing superior, flexible, evidence-based coaching strategies that encompasses a positive holistic approach. This includes fitness, balanced nutrition, community support, and lifestyle changes that leads to long-term results. We help our clients live happier and healthier lives.
I am very passionate about empowering others with the tools and support they need so that they can find their own strength within to navigate them on their personal path to success. Not only with reaching their goals from a holistic approach but sustaining them.
Registered Nurse Licensed in 40 states, Nationally Certified Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Holistic Life Coach and Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist.

I offer a free 45min consulation to help identify the students goals and to see if we are a good fit to work with one another.
If we are a good fit, I work with the client to come up with a blueprint that is needed to reach the desired outcome through either a flexible online one-on-one coaching sessions or in a group setting for additional support and accountability.
Always seek out a professional who is educated through an accredidtaed school. There are a lot of strong opinions out there and teachers who pass that on to their students with no scientific backing instead of follwing the national standards and promoting health the right way using evidence-based strategies.
