About Martino
As I grow in my own personal development journey, I love to teach others what I've learned and show them how to apply it, in the gym, as well as outside of the gym. I have been a trainer since 2014, worked with every population from young athletes to seniors in their 90s. Absolutely love what I do, and couldn't imagine doing anything else.

We will start out with a 15 minute phone call to get some basic information. Then, if we both feel like it is a good fit, we will do an assessment workout at my gym (Bronyx Strength and Performance) and figure out a game plan from there.
