NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Former Professional Baseball Player (Minesotta Twins)
Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of San Diego
Having played college and professional baseball, I have been playing and training most of my life. It's extremely rewarding to take what I've learned from my experiences and help others in whatever goal they are seeking to achieve. I'm an easy going and personable guy with a knack for encouraging you and helping you level up in any area in your life!
I have a degree in Psychology that helps me relate to my clients very well. I have also been a trainer for about a year and an athlete all my life. Having played a professional sport, I got to experience what training is like at the highest level.
