About Jennifer
For the past 14 years, I've been helping women become happier, healthier, and more confident. My unique approach not only includes workout sessions and nutrition guidance but also a focus on mindset and the creation of healthy habits to enable lasting results.
I offer in-home personal fitness training as well as online coaching worldwide.

I received my first trainer's license in 2006. Here are a few of the licenses I acquired over the past 14 years:
Personal Trainer, Trainer for Weight Management, Cardio Trainer, Food Coach, Trainer for Sportsrehabilitation, Pre- and Post-natal Coach
I also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Psychology and a Master's in Educational Science.

I offer complimentary phone consultations so we can get to know each other a bit before we decide if we are a good fit.
The first session will always be an assessment session where we talk about your goals, past workout history, nutrition, etc. We will also conduct a brief physical assessment during the first session and usually we still have time for a short workout as well.
