About Payton
Initiative Fitness is dedicated to using innovation and motivation in order to make wellness a fun and attainable lifestyle.
I have been a NASM certified personal trainer for 4 years, and my clients see great results while learning about themselves and their bodies!
I enjoy seeing people accomplish things that they never thought were achievable before. Fitness and wellness isn't all about the aesthetics to me. I want my clients to function better in their everyday lives as well.

I don't put anyone through a workout routine without seeing where they are at first. I use posture and functional movement assessments in order to find any muscle imbalances. From there, I take that information, and see how I can incorporate that into helping my clients reach their goals.
