About Tammy
I have been a personal trainer for a 2 years in addition to working in a skilled rehab setting as an Occupational therapist for 25 years, primarily working with Seniors. I tailor each program to suit the individual goals and current fitness levels of my clients, including any corrective issues from past injuries that may need to be addressed.
I offer tailored exercise programming, and specialize in injury prevention, corrective exercise, and senior fitness.
I have a degree in Occupational Therapy and I'm a NASM Certified Personal trainer
