About Jacorey
ShepUp is more than athletic training. As a former NFL player, I've learned that actual training is just piece of the pie. I'm here to make sure you're training with proper technique, motivation, and pushing you to your limits to accomplish your goals. I will also help you recover and make sure your body stays healthy and strong.
For my student athletes I like to focus on getting the proper technique down and going from there. I not only expect hard work on the field, but I also require them to stay disciplined and do well in school because sports don't last forever and you have to be prepared for life off the field/court.

I was a 2 time Big 12 All Academic Player @ University of Kansas, drafted to the Philadelphia Eagles in 2015, also played for SF 49ers, and Pittsburgh Steeler.
