I specialize in Health and Fitness, helping individual live a healthier and happier lifestyle
I have a been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 5 years for men, women and kids.
I specialize in all fitness levels, ages and genders
Nutrient and health is a passion of mine helping individuals become 1% better daily
I got started as Personal Trainer and Health after I suffered a leg injury which caused me to gain a lot of weight. I then dropped over 89lbs and put on over 25 lbs of muscle, I think made it my passion to help others achieve similar goals.
