About Lamarr
I belive in keeping data as a way to monitor progress. I keep a file on clients that shows sets, reps, and routines. I aslo travel to clients homes to make it more convenient. I have been weight training for 30 so i am detailed about muscle growth, and creating hypertrophy. I am a certified personal trainer, am almost 47 years of age, and started training for competitive sports at 16.
