About Aaron
As people become more proficient in self defense, they become more relaxed, fluid, and confident. It's amazing to see.
I love to teach people not only how to defend themselves but how to approach life with confidence and determination.
I was helping instruct at the school that I practiced at in Wisconsin. I also have a few other coaching/teaching jobs; like axe throwing.
I practiced Tae Kwon Do, and other martial arts for 18 years. Much of my training was practical and applicable to life today.

I use the first session to determine where my student is at. Then after gaging where my student is in skill and knowledge, I lay the foundation with basic skills until they have turned into muscle memory.
I have worked with mostly, if not exclusively, young adults and older.
Determine what you want the skill for. Learning to fight is a great skill set to have, but it something that must be practiced diligently. Discipline and patience is required to learn to how to defend one's self.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Any and all questions related to self defense are good. Knowledge is half the battle in martial arts.
