About Amarilis
Hi 🤗
Im Amy and welcome to Amy's SwimPoloFit Program, also known as SPF. I started this business in the summer of 2018 when I was working at Cypress College teaching kids how to swim. ive been swimming for 5 years now, i was captain of my swim and water polo team my junior and senior year at Cyppress highschool. i fell in love with the aquatics program and with living a healthy fit life and i wanted to share my love for it. i have been a swim and polo instructor for kids for a year now and i absolutley love it, its my passion and i feel great satisfaction knowing i was part of their journey to acheive being fit and knowing how to swim and play polo. I have taught private crossfit and workout sessions as well. I made it to the junior olympics with my club for water polo, i made it to CIF with my swim team, I have gotten first place in many of my events for swim, i received the coaches award for both water polo and swim, i am CPR Certified by the Red Cross and I have expeirience with children ages 6 months to 16 years old from diffrent levels of technique. i am also expeirienced with workout routines for different age groups. i am flexible with schedualing since i am taking college courses right now, But Fri-Sun are especially available.
By hiering me and my company, you will get 100% of my attention and passion and you will 100% acheive your goal weather its to be a swimmer, a polo player, or be the healthiest fitest version of yourself.

i didnt know how to swim and i almost drowned one day, from that day on, i knew i needed to learn how to swim. My highschool coach taught me how to swim and he made me passionate about the aquatics program and being healthy, so much so that i thought every child should have the opportuinity to know how to swim, and every human should know the importance of being healthy.
i did water polo and swim for 5 years and did it for the 4 years i was in highschool, i became captain of the polo and swim team my junior and senior year. i am CPR Certified by the red cross and i have been a life guard and swim instructor at Cypress College teaching kids of diffrent age groups and levels for 2 years now. I also love the gym and have taught several private lessons focusing on diffrent parts of the body and also advised healthy eating habits.

I like to get to know you first, see who you are as a person and i usually build my plan around that, if you are hard working and i see that you like to push yourself, my training will be more rigorouse, but if you are more mellow, i will take it easy, basically i adapt to you and your personality. 🤗
All kinds! From babies to adults to special ed.
All have made my job all the more enjoyable
find someone who genuinely cares for your success and not just trying to make money. find a teacher that inspires you to be a better you, someone that inspires you to want to learn. Somebody that teaches you the importance of being proud of yourself, regardless if anybody beleives in you or not.
this little boy with down syndrome had the worst fear of the water. i worked with him really hard and in 2 weeks the water bacame something he would look forward to. i actaully cried when his mom thanked me because i was so proud of what he accomplished, and it felt very rewarding knowing i helped this kid find enjoyment in the water.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Have in mind what is your goal. Be ready to work your butt off to acheive it. Im a human just like you thats trying to get by so dont feel that theres a wall between us, try to find the friend in me like i will to you.
For kids: im still a kid so dont feel like we are in seperate ages, i tottaly understand you, so dont be so tense, chill out!😂
