About Xander
Hello you guys! My name is Xander Thesz. I have 3 years of coaching experience, high school, clubs, and camps. I have played in the NAIA level and NCAA Division 1 level. Some accomplishments of mine include 2X all conference Second team (NAIA), 1x First team (NAIA), 1x all conference Second team (NCAA).
When I was first introduced to Volleyball I had very little experience and wasn’t much good at it, only thing going for me was my height. By the end of my senior year of high school I was a mediocre MB with one offer to an NAIA college. I went from being Mediocre to pretty great in a way that makes me stand out. I say this because there is so much doubt in athletes when it comes to getting better or getting to the next level, but I am here to tell you it is possible. With the right mindset and coaching, IT IS POSSIBLE.
