About Javon
I've been playing volleyball since I was about 4 years old , I've always been an athletic child with a lot of energy. I played so amazing all the coaches wanted me but some things happened and I never made it to college. Now I want to help players improve skills so they can be super stars. To be apart of growth like that is amazing. I'm 100 percent committed to my job. We create super stars here in Jaays volleyball lessons. I've won certifications every week for best hitter , best server , amazing leadership , my hustle ... you name it. I've been coaching for 5 years and it has been the most amazing 5 years of my life.
I volunteered to help younger kids and different age divisions , as I kept volunteering I starting going up ages
I'm more self trained but I have worked with select teams and company's.
