We will first talk with the athlete and/or guardian about the athletes priorities for improvement. Then I will give them a few minutes of evaluation. After that we will go on a course of action, of movements and drills while being coached on specifics. After the session I will give my recommendations for the next actions. The athlete or guardian are encouraged to give feedback and together we can determine a continuation of a plan.
