About Sharon
Tuesday Taylor provides writing instruction, creative writing coaching and vocabulary tutoring from an award-winning journalist with more than 20 years of experience. This includes news and feature writing, personality profiles, essays, press releases, scripts, newsletters, photography cutlines, non-fiction copy, annual reports, as well as advertising and marketing copy for consumer, K-12 school markets and public libraries. Special interest in non-fiction, historical, biography, autobiography, Christian literature, obituary, health, inspirational, military, medical and scientific writing. She is a seasoned military medical newspaper reporter/photographer with stories appearing in local, regional and national newspapers, journals, magazines and online. She offers experienced developmental, line and copy editing. Can provide references for book-writing coach work.
Teaching is in my blood: I’m a third generation teacher. I enjoy learning as a life-long student. Teaching is a natural progression of sharing what I’ve learned with others.
Undergraduate coursework in journalism, business writing, public relations writing along with more than 20 years of professional experience writing for government, business, public relations, religion, military, medicine, health, science and technology in all areas of media (including radio, print, and video).
