About Adele
My passion is heath and wellness. Through my Job as a Registered Nurse I see the reactive side of healthcare. However Yoga brings in more of an opportunity to be proactive towards your personal health in a holistic way. Through genuine inquiry and couriosity of ones self. I havea foundation in yoga breathwork also known as pranayama and 200hr YT certification in Evolutionary Psychology Yoga. I also have a 200hr YT certification in Alignment based yoga. I also have certifications in arthritis yoga, prenatal & postnatal yoga, and restorative yoga. All ages and body types welcome!
