Tara is a wonderful teacher! I'm new to yoga and the lesson was informative and comfortable. My body felt incredible afterwards and I felt a lasting calmness. I'm looking forward to the next session!
Tara created a calming environment where I could be present in the moment. There are some great stretches that I could utilize either on a mat or even sitting at my desk at work. The practice felt very intentional. The pace was just right not too fast not too slow and it was a great way to end my day.
