About Johanna
Offering unique and holistic plans. I make a point to connect with each client and cater lessons and coaching to fit their needs.
My background is in psychology (bachelors). I'm also a practicing psychic. I use my experience in positive psychology and my intuition to guide those who seek life coaching. I've been practicing yoga for 10 years. I received my 200hr yoga certification in 2014 and have been teaching ever since.
I truly love seeing my clients grow and become goal oriented successful individuals. Additionally, I always grow with my clients and learn something new after each session.
I found that practicing yoga was grounding for me and healed several aspects of my life. After I reached a certain point I decided to become a yoga instuctor.
As for life coaching, it was something that came naturally. I remember that I was a person that others came to when they felt troubled. Usually my advice and insight was on point for these individuals. I attribute this to my intuition. After receiving my bachelors in psychology I realized I could make a living guiding individuals.

I like to set up a phone conversation with all of my new students to see if my sessions are a good fit. These are free phone consultations.
For yoga sessions I will ask what level a student is at, any major illnesses or injuries I should be aware of, and the goals of the student. From there we discuss the frequency of classes and set up the first class.
Similarly with life coaching, I read the student's emotional state and compare them to their goals. We then set up a time to meet and how many sessions are appropriate. Typically life coaching clients gather all the tools and resources they need so we can discontinue sessions.
I've worked with yoga students from beginner to advanced, as well as limited mobility students.
Usually my life coaching clients look for spiritual coaching, relationship coaching, and overall life happiness coaching.
Make sure you can connect with your yoga teacher or life coach. It makes all the difference in how you experience your journey.
Honestly, I just really enjoy meeting my students and building a foundation that they can grow from.
