About Rachel
Hello! I just moved from San Diego, CA. I own a yoga studio there, The House of Yogi, and run it remotely. I teach private lessons to individuals and groups here in Michigan. I have years of experience and have taught over 3,000 classes. I teach everything from strength based vinyasa to relaxing YIN or deep stretch. I cater each class to individual needs :)
Another passion of mine is to coach personal training. I coach beginners to advanced.

I loved working with Rachel and am so sad that she moved from San Diego. We still do virtual lessons though through zoom which is going great! Rachel has helped me gain mobility, strength and flexibility. Also, after each class I always feel relaxed and peaceful.
