About Madison
My mission is to help you become the best version of yourself possible; you already are capable of healing yourself I'm just here to reclaim your power and show you how to utilize it. I've found Chinese Medicine to be the most useful as they incorporate all of the facets that I believe should be our main focus when it comes to health care. They take into account your dietary intake, exercise, mental health, and physical well-being, while using non-invasive techniques to see how the inside of the body is handling everything.
I've completed my yoga teacher training in Costa Rica back in 2015 and also received my Master's Degree in Acupuncture the same year.
I also created Mad Natural to share my home made candles, sprays, creams, and dream catchers with everyone! @madnatural (instagram)

My story started when my mom introduced me to yoga on a retreat. That year I met my teachers who had changed my life forever.

An introduction session is usually longer than the other sessions. With this i'll get to know you a little better and together we can set goals that will be reasonable for the time frame you have set.
Striving for variety in my life I work with kids every weekend and have taught in my local communities with geriatric patients. My typical student is someone with a body, any body, and it works well.
You are capable of anything that you put your mind to. I am here to remind you of your great powers, rearrange new patterns of thoughts to over come any obstacles, and be by your side once you accomplish those goals.
Recently I have picked up a young class to teach kids, for me having a variety is a great challenge. Putting yourself in new situations is always scary and nerve racking, for me I enjoy that! Teaching kids has always been a dream of mine but now I am pursuing it and love the students who come back each week to see me!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What do you really want out of this session. If you are ready for a change, some times things will come up, I am here on your team to remind you that things will get uncomfortable. Once we hit the uncomfortable it means we are really making those changes you discussed. After that uncomfortable comes the new destinations ahead, a land of unfulfilled dreams that you are now ready to take on.

Details
My sessions are $50 an hour flat rate.
Our introduction session includes an hour and a half session, more talking, discussing and goal setting. I take a session to get into the details of what brought you to yoga and how I can help push you to be the best version of yourself!
