About Ina
I am a 250hr certifies Yoga instructor, teaching vinyasa and restorative for all levels.
I encourage my students to move, meditate, journal and do daily affirmations besides Yoga to get the best out of their practice, to practice
Yoga on and off the mat and leave the ego at the door.
If you let me guide you through your practice, I will personalize each class, suited for your health, self and goals.
I also teach private group classes and general group classes.
I have experience teaching in person and online ad have been practicing Yoga since August 2019.
I did my certification about a year later and offer my classes in English & German.
As I am a traveling instructor, I can only offer online classes at this point.

When I practice Yoga, I enjoy listening to my body, pushing myself or giving it rest, whatever it needs each day. It brings me joy seeing how strong I can be and admiring the journey along with it. It makes me happy to move and be one with my body, mind and soul and I want to share this feeling with each student who allows me to introduce them to yoga and flow with me.
I am certified in chair yoga, restrative yoga, vinyasa yoga and ayuverda yoga but I only teach what I am passionate about to keep it honest, raw and authentic.

We will have a consultation conversation about yourself, previous injuries, general health and goals. I will write a yoga flow personalized and suited just for you and we will flow together, slow and intentional. Choose your yoga style before each class (vinyasa / restorative) so that you can nourish your body with exactly what it needs.
