About Lillian
My name is Lillian and I am a 200 hour certified Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. I am also certified in Yoga for PTSD.
I have a serious and dedicated passion for the practice of yoga; what it can give to you as a person, and how it can help you grow. Yoga is all about becoming more one with yourself. Whether your goal be to become more flexible, aid in a sore back, or get in tune with your divine nature, yoga has a path for you.
