About Stacy
I am a Registered Nurse by trade and have practiced over the past 22 yrs. with focus on mental health and recovery. I am passionate about the gut-brain connection to improve mental wellness and overall health after I personally battled with these same issues and came out on top with the proper nutrition.
As a Holistic Wellness Coach I use the wellness 360 model to support all areas of life.
I enjoy working with those who feel lost and unheard in the medical world and looking for someone to support and guide them in their journey of health and happiness.
Making an impact in a way that improves someone elses quality of life is a blessing to be a witness of.
