About Angie
Yoga means different things to different people. For me yoga means freedom! Freedom from anxiety. Freedom from stress. Freedom to move. And freedom to breathe. Yoga is for everyone and every"body". No matter where you are on your journey yoga is for you! I teach many yoga formats including vinyasa, restorative, kids yoga.
I am a 200 ERYT (experienced registered yoga teacher). I've been teaching for 8 years. Including private, group and kids classes.
I received my training through Zen Yoga Garage. Which in includes my 200 hr RYT and I also completed an apprenticeship also through Zen Yoga Garage that included another 60 hrs of additional triaing. I am also a certified stretch therapist.
