About Irina
I am a registered Massage Therapist and a certified Yoga instructor. I love the body as an instrument for a greater life. Your body has so much potential! I help you to unleash that potential and to feel great doing it thru simple practice. Incorporating gentle movement and breathing. Services offered in English as well as in Russian.
I love to feel graceful, to flow thru physical spaces with ease and enjoyment and I am passionate about helping you achieve a similar ease and grace and flow with your body. Thru increased strength and flexibility it is possible for anyone to have ease, comfort and even enjoyment of body and it's movement, regardless of shape!

We discuss your needs and abilities and jump into simple movements and flow using simple props, yoga mat, blocks and a blanket. All body types are accommodated. The structure is flexible to provide enough challenges, but with ease and comfort in mind. 1 hour sessions at your place or at any public park or even the beach.
