About Marcie
I've been a certified personal trainer since 1994, and yoga instructor since 2000, and have been in both private practice, employed to teach classes, as well as have worked with groups and individuals.
I ambassador knowledge and practices from the East that blend into a balanced program for my clientele. I believe specialized programs for all of my clients bring optimal results. Plus, I make it fun!
I enjoy facilitating through fitness and/or yoga the ability to meet and exceed health and wellness goals.
I have worked in many different states as well as internationally, I’ve worked with children, professional athletes, groups of new mothers, and a mixed fitness level for the many businesses and corporations that are my clients .
AMFPT certified for personal training
