About Nicole
As a prior Division 1 Athlete, my yoga practice began as a strictly physical one. However, as time has progressed and various life events have occured, yoga has increasingly expanded into so much more than physical. I am a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher with certifications in both Shamanic Reiki 1 and 2. I teach a wide range of classes from power yoga, vinyasa, and restorative with an emphasis on proper alignment, breath, and introspection.
I love teaching because it offers me the chance to share some of the most life changing practices that have helped me throughout some of the most challenging parts of my life to date. Yoga or asana, while a physical practice, often opens up the amazing opportunity for one to dive deeper into the mind and soul. Being able to both watch and help others grow, develop and heal in some way is incredibly fulfilling and part of what I perceive as my purpose of being.
