About Karuna
Alana Friedman of Hari Shanti Yoga is a skilled teacher, amazing with beginners and intermediate yogis. Her vinyasa flow is energetic and uplifting in the Lotus Flow Style. Alana is also certified to teach restorative yoga, a deeply healing and restful yoga practice. She has a general knowledge of Ayurveda, can teach yoga nidra, children, prenatal, or chair yoga classes. She brings all props if you need, so no need to spend extra.
Alana loves to write a specific yoga practice to fit your needs. She has written specific practices to aid with asthma, diabetes, and anxiety. She is compassionate and works hard to make you comfortable. Alana creates a space ready for an explorative venture into a deeper understanding of self.
