About Daphne
I am a mother, yoga teacher, massage therapist, vegetarian, traveler, and full time student of life. I began practicing meditation and yoga in the last 8 years and my passion quickly grew after becoming a part of the Studio 34 community in Philadelphia where I gained my 200 hour yoga certification in 2015. I have taught at the Ahimsa House in West Philly, Mella Luna Studio in Mt. Holly Springs and small private classes. I have also held morning classes in Costa Rica while there doing research for future yoga retreats.
When I first began yoga, there were so many things I didn't really understand, about posture, alignment, breath, Taking the instructor course changed my life in ways I was not expecting. I believe that practiing awareness of one's true self and knowing the connection to all things changes lives and changes the world. Connecting conscius breath with movement nurtues self awareness and being able to share this practice with others is a blessing.
After becoming part of the yoga community in Philadelphia, my passion quickly grew and I have wanted to share this since then.
