About Alexandra
I focus on breath which allows you to clear your mind of worries and your body of tension. I also offer hands on adjustments to help you relax even deeper in your practice!
My favorite part about my work is that I get to bring peace to others. It makes me so happy to hold a sacred space for positive shifts and changes. When you do what you love, you never work a day in your life :)
I have completed 600 hours of training at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Yoga Nidra (Meditation), Transformational Yoga Coaching, Yoga for PTSD, hands on adjustments, and Sound Healing.

Alexandra is genuine and passionate about holding space for others to heal and it comes through in her teaching.
Definitely a natural, connected to source, yet humble and strong in her knowledge and delivery.
Take a class from Unicorn Yogi and your body, mind and spirit will all feel better. What a great experience to go to one of your classes. Thank you for the zen!
I love the combination of yoga, meditation and sound healing. The instructor provided gentle hands on alignments which helped me to get the best stretches in the most gentle way. The meditation was comfortable and calming. After the class I felt calm, in the moment and optimistic. Thank-you! I definitely will be back with more friends.
I loved Alex's class, she has a great style of teaching and I felt amazing afterwards! I would highly recommend her!
