My UCAT lessons typically run for 40–50 minutes and are structured to build both confidence and consistency across all five sections of the test. I focus first on helping students deeply understand the core concepts behind each section - Verbal Reasoning, Decision Making, Quantitative Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, and Situational Judgement - before moving on to mastering the specific techniques and strategies that lead to top scores. My approach blends explanation, guided practice, and timed drills to simulate real test conditions. Once a student has a solid grasp of the fundamentals, we move on to refining their performance using high-yield strategies, tips, and tricks that make a real difference. I also provide or recommend essential resources, including websites, books, and mock exams, to ensure students can continue progressing between lessons. I have experience tutoring both A-Level students and UCAT candidates, and I tailor my sessions for anyone aiming to apply to medicine or dentistry, typically ages 16–19, though mature applicants are also welcome. Whether you're just starting out or looking to improve a specific section, I can help you build the skills and confidence to reach your highest potential.
