About Rachel
Rachel studied at the Royal Northern College of Music and has received a first class (1:1) Bachelors of Music degree in Music performance with Honours. As well as giving private violin and cello lessons, she is currently the cellist for the UK's no.1 tribute band. Rachel regularly performs with her quartet and has a passion for teaching and chamber music.

Rachel was taught the the Dalcroze and Kodaly methods from a young age and incorporates these methods into her own teaching through movement and sol-fa. She believes that we are all naturally musical, and that teaching technique in a fun end relaxed atmosphere is most important in lessons to fully unlock a pupils' potential.
