I am a experienced yoga teacher and reiki therapist. Certified in fields of Reiki levels 1 & 2 and yoga 200 RYT. People oriented, compassionate, caring, empathetic and diplomatic. Experience with working with different fitness populations. Experience in home settings and yoga studios.

My teaching approach is comforting, restorative and non pressuring. I base my instruction on the students capabilities. I generally drive towards beginners since you have to set the foundations down first, but have worked with advanced students as well.
