I hold an advanced degree in psychology as well as specialized training in Hatha, Therapeutic, and Kundalini Yoga as well as mindfulness and energy healing techniques to provide a holistic approach to wellness. I teach through a hands on approach. Demonstrating actual techniques that can be used to hack your bio system to bring your mind, body, and spirit into a state of balance and homeostasis. It is not about conveying words but conveying techniques that can be used daily to optimize health and wellbeing.
