About Hamzah
I started boxing when I was 14 and competed for over 10 years at national tournaments across Scotland, winning several medals. I now want to share my knowledge and passion with others. Boxing has provided a lifetime of physical, mental and lifestyle benefits that I think we can all learn from. I'm keen to help you get fighting fit by learn the sweet science!

Personalised boxing coaching suited to your needs and ability. Build the foundations of your boxing knowledge by learning your stance, punches, movement, defence, and more. Sessions are designed to be fun, informative and a great way to improve your fitness. Sessions are tailored to your goals, whether you want to box to keep fit or are looking to compete in the future. I have a patient and detailed teaching style that works with your pace and learning style. I work particularly well with beginner and intermediate students. My sessions are kid-friendly, appropriate for all ages from as young as 3 y/o. I also have experience working with children on the Autistic spectrum. Boxing, with its rhythms, patterns and numbers, proves to be an engaging and stimulating hobby. 1hr sessions available

Perfect! I learnt more after 2-3 sessions with Hamzah than in excess of 10-20 with other coaches, excellent teaching methods and most importantly really listened to what I wanted to achieve and tailored his approach to that, highly recommended!

Hamzah is a patient and enthusiastic tutor. He helped me take my crime writing short story from notes to polished product. His edits were tough but definitely needed in the end! Would recommend to anyone looking for guidance in their writing.
