About Kanish
Hi there! I'm Kanish, and I believe that mathematics isn't just a subject to pass in school—it's the universal toolkit we use to understand, build, and innovate the world around us.
Whether you or your child are trying to conquer tricky algebra, build rock-solid problem-solving skills, or discover how numbers power everything from computer algorithms to aircraft design, I am here to make the journey exciting, clear, and rewarding.
Why Learn With Me?
Real-World Engineering Perspective: As an Artificial Intelligence and Data Science undergraduate and an active aeromodeler, I bring a unique, hands-on lens to mathematics. I show students how abstract formulas translate into real-world mechanics, coding, and tangible innovations.
A Heart for Mentoring: Teaching isn't just about equations; it's about people. Through my volunteer teaching experience with the U&I Trust, I have spent valuable time helping underprivileged children unlock their potential. This experience has taught me patience, empathy, and how to adapt my communication style to fit every individual learner's unique pace and needs.
Discipline & Dedication: As a Cadet Under Officer in the NCC Air Wing, I bring a strong sense of structure, responsibility, and unwavering commitment to everything I do—ensuring a disciplined yet highly encouraging learning environment.
My Commitment to You
I know that finding the right mentor is a big decision. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where students feel safe asking questions, making mistakes, and ultimately building genuine confidence in their abilities. Every lesson is tailored to foster not just better grades, but a deep, lasting curiosity.

Teaching Techniques and Methods
Project-Driven Learning: Connecting mathematical concepts to tangible systems—such as optimizing physical structures, calculating aerodynamic forces, or modeling data trends—to make abstract ideas click instantly.
Interactive Visualization: Utilizing coding logic, geometric modeling, and logical breakdowns to simplify complex equations into intuitive steps.
First-Principles Thinking: Encouraging students to understand why a formula works rather than just memorizing steps, building long-term problem-solving confidence.
Structure of a Typical Class
Conceptual Hook (10 Minutes): Kicking off with a real-world puzzle, engineering challenge, or intriguing problem that highlights the day's topic.
Core Breakdown (25 Minutes): Deconstructing the mathematical principles, exploring step-by-step proofs or derivations, and examining worked examples together.
Guided Application (20 Minutes): Working through targeted problem sets collaboratively, where students actively apply the concepts and troubleshoot errors in real time.
Wrap-Up & Insight (5 Minutes): Summarizing key takeaways and connecting the lesson to broader applications or upcoming topics.
Special Features as a Teacher
Engineering Perspective: Drawing from hands-on experience in technology development, robotics, and aeromodelling to show how calculus, algebra, and geometry power physical innovations.
Disciplined Mentorship: Fostering a structured, goal-oriented environment rooted in focus, precision, and relentless curiosity.
Adaptive Pacing: Tailoring explanations to match each learner's unique cognitive pace, ensuring no student gets left behind while keeping advanced learners challenged.
Target Audience
These classes are primarily intended for school students (primary and secondary levels) looking to build a rock-solid mathematical foundation, as well as undergraduate or aspiring engineering students eager to connect core mathematics directly to data science, artificial intelligence, and physical systems.
