About Gary
I'm a calm rational and well-spoken individual. My tutoring style is casual and involved in every step of mathematical reasoning. I do not simply lecture and show you how to do problems. One of the many things I learned about tutoring from my experiences as a tutor is that tutor and student must work together to learn and solve problems.

We meet at the Hawthorne library for lessons. The first hour is free and is an evaluation of mathematics knowledge and skills. Based on those skills I create a specific program of teaching and learning to best benefit the student.
