About Jan
I am a dedicated ESL tutor with 10 years of experience in teaching students across all proficiency levels. During my teaching journey, I have supported between 150 and 200 learners in strengthening their English communication skills for personal, academic, and professional growth.
My teaching philosophy is based on personalized learning. I understand that students learn in different ways, so I customize my lesson plans according to each learner’s goals and abilities. I focus on creating a strong foundation in grammar and vocabulary while improving speaking confidence and fluency.
My sessions are interactive and practical. I use conversation practice, listening tasks, reading activities, and writing exercises to build complete language skills. I also help students with pronunciation and sentence formation to improve overall clarity.
One of my key strengths is building a friendly and supportive learning environment. I encourage students to express themselves freely and learn from mistakes. I provide regular feedback and motivation to help students stay consistent.
