I have more than 25 years of experience in professional training, teaching high-level personnel, managerial and specialized levels, decision makers, etc. My didactics is dynamic, scientific, demanding, oriented to the learning results of the companions, the theory is first explained in a clear, accessible and structured way, then some exercises are presented and finally exercises are guided for the collaborators and base the learning.
