About Sodik
Hi, I’m Kazeem Sodik Isola, an experienced Physics and Mathematics tutor and a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), where I earned a Second-Class Upper degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
My engineering background gives me a strong foundation in Physics and allows me to connect theoretical concepts with practical applications. I have extensive experience teaching Physics to students at different academic levels, both online and in person.
I have taught students following a range of educational systems, including British, Nigerian, American, Canadian, Australian and Scottish curricula, with experience covering WJEC, GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level, National 5 (Nat 5), WAEC, NECO and JAMB.
I also gained teaching experience through the Physics and Engineering Physics Parent-Assisted Tutorial at OAU, Ile-Ife, where I supported students in developing their understanding of Physics and the mathematical principles behind it.
My teaching philosophy is straightforward: Physics should be understood, not memorised. I break complex topics into smaller ideas, explain the principles behind the formulas, and then apply them to worked examples and examination-style questions.
I teach topics across mechanics, electricity, waves, thermal physics, fields, electromagnetism, modern physics and other areas according to the student's curriculum and level.
Whether you are preparing for an examination, struggling with a particular topic, or studying Physics as preparation for Engineering or another STEM discipline, I tailor my lessons to your needs and learning pace.
My aim is to help you become confident not only in solving familiar questions, but also in applying Physics principles to problems you have not seen before.
Book a trial lesson and let’s work together towards your academic goals.

About the lessons
My Physics lessons are structured around understanding concepts, applying principles and developing problem-solving skills. I teach pupils and students both online and in person, with lessons adapted to their age, current ability, curriculum and academic objectives.
Physics can become difficult when students try to memorise formulas without understanding where they come from or when they should be used. My approach is different. I first establish the underlying concept, then work through examples step by step before giving students opportunities to apply what they have learned independently.
For online lessons, I use digital whiteboards, diagrams, videos, audio explanations, step-by-step written solutions and worked examples to make abstract Physics concepts easier to visualise and understand.
I also use Google Classroom to organise lesson materials, assignments and resources, while Google Forms can be used for quizzes, assessments and progress checks.
Depending on your goals, a lesson may include:
• Explanation of the underlying Physics concept
• Diagrams and visual demonstrations
• Derivation and explanation of important equations
• Step-by-step numerical problem solving
• Practical applications of Physics principles
• Worked examples followed by independent practice
• Past-paper and examination-style questions
• Homework and assignments
• Short quizzes to assess understanding
• Identification and correction of misconceptions
• Targeted examination preparation
For students preparing for WAEC, NECO, JAMB, GCSE, IGCSE, WJEC, Nat 5, A-Level or other examinations, I can structure lessons around the relevant syllabus and examination requirements.
For students interested in Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or other STEM fields, I also emphasise the mathematical reasoning and physical principles that provide a strong foundation for further study.
My objective is not simply to help you remember a formula or complete a particular question. It is to help you understand why the Physics works, how to apply it, and how to approach unfamiliar problems logically and confidently.
Bring your questions, your current level and your goals. We’ll build your Physics skills from there.

Excellent! The tutor is trying his best using the simple and likeable approach to suatain the students attention and interest. Exciting so far
- They exhibit good understanding of the subject matter.Sodik's response :
Perfect! Sodiq is highly experienced and skillful in making complex concepts very simple for his student to understand. The impact of his teaching and knowledge presentation has resulted in my son(his student) consistently making A grade in all his physics and undergraduate electrical engineering courses.
- Mr Kolawole his passionate about his children education success and he has explore different means to help in making their learning easy in school by helping them get well details videos and lesson note and well worked out solution for their class works and textbook questionsSodik's response :
Perfect! Sodik is timely for lessons and thorough in his teaching. My son liked his teaching style and connected with him from his free lesson. Keep it up Sodik

Sadiku as he fondly called him during our undergraduate days has helped a lot of fresher overcome their nightmares not only in passing their physics courses but also in departmental courses.
A kind, patient, unique, smart, intelligent, genuine, and hardworking person, I met him during my NYSC, a very good friend of mine, which he always dedicate himself in whatever he has to do and what the best for d people around him. A Professor in solving physics and mathematics in a logical way. Just too good my calm friend.....
Sodiq is an amazing person with a charming personality, a diligent tutor of physics and mathematics in the distinguished Obafemi Awolowo University ile Ife.
He is an hard-working, passionate person and his love for teaching others is the distinguishing difference between him and any other tutor. So i think anyone in need of a tutor for any of the above courses, I think sodiq is just the guy.I met superprof sodik when I needed him the most. I was failing physics badly, and I needed help with my grades. I doubted him at first, but after a week of tutorials, I was already better at understanding physics concepts than I was a week ago. He is very intelligent, patient, and quite efficient. His teaching methods are invaluable, and he would even go as far as explain in a local dialect. I love this guy. Best tutor ever for me.
Sodiq, we met during NYSC and he was this very dedicated guy who would do anything to make sure his students understands his course, he has impacted a lot of students and his attention to detail is second to none.
Sodik, is a very reliable, trustworthy, diligent and hard-working person. I know him to be a skill full and ready to work corps during NYSC. His brilliancy and physics solving is 100%. Trust me give Sodik a trial and you will never regret it.
With excellent requisite intellect, Sodiq possesses the ability to transmit his inherent skills into his students.
This has been shown in the results of his students. We were colleagues during our undergraduate, he is really intelligent and very good in calculations. He taught me mth 201/202 and any course related to maths.
