About Garry
I am a qualified specialist in Business English with over 25 years' experience, currently coaching business clients worldwide.
I studied German and French at university, and basic Spanish and Italian later. I love everything about languages!
I started my career in export marketing, then moved into school and college language teaching. After that I established my own language training and translation business for corporate clients. I have worked in many international companies as a trainer, and now I bring this experience to training online.

In my sessions (30 or 60 minutes) I focus on the language you need to use right now, such as for meetings and presentations, and also on your longer-term language goals like greater accuracy, fluency, and confidence.
I start with a conversation to assess your level and your language needs. From there we'll plan a programme to achieve your goals - based on conversation that includes grammar and vocabulary points. I will correct your errors carefully as we speak. I know how it feels to be a language learner; when you study with me, I will bring that understanding to support your journey.
I speak good German and French. If one of these is your mother tongue, I can quickly help you to eliminate errors and understand grammar differences.
