About Viktoria
As a former literacy EAL teacher, I have learned how to read my students' minds without them saying a word in English. When I was teaching English to students who had never had any education in their first language, I developed the highest level of scaffolding. I know exactly what my students need to succeed in their second language learning. I know how to make every second of their learning time most efficient. I use this skill of fast problem solving when I teach my higher-level EAL/EFL/linguistics students online.
I have recorded evidence of how my pronunciation lessons changed the life of my students. Their employers are thankful for their becoming more comprehensible and hence more successful at work. When I was teaching the short non-credit pronunciation course at the University of Manitoba, some students took my course two and even three times as they were willing to learn more and more from me. They never felt bored in my classes when they were repeating the course.
