About Lía
Though I have done well as a boxer a needed surgery has taken me out of the sport, however I could never leave it and want to teach Cuba's winning boxing style across the world. My passion lies in bringing people up mentally so they can excel physically. I have also done lots of lessons for girls and women who just want to feel a bit fitter and more confident, and also coached the regional team.
I also have a great knowledge of the nutrition a boxer needs and how to cut weight while maintaining strength, as I lost 10kg in 2 months and still won 4 fights to get bronze
