About Ella
I completed high school in WA, where I achieved an ATAR of 98.5, including A grades for English/English Literature every year. I am now in my final year of a double degree in International Relations and Asian Studies at the ANU, whilst working as a policy advisor.
I have a passion for English, including both reading and writing, which I hope to share with others, including my students!

I enjoy understanding students writing styles by reading pieces of their work from assessments or homework, and taking the time to understand which aspects of English they find the most challenging. For students in years 11-12, I like to focus on understanding and engaging with the state syllabus so that students can aim for the best possible results in their ATAR exams.
I have experience reviewing high school and university level essays for students of various ages. I am confident teaching English and Literature for high school students, particularly years 10-12.
