About Adaugo
I am a final year physiotherapy student, a certified basic life support provider, an advanced cardiac life support provider, and a paediatric advanced life support provider. I believe in the complete wellness of body and mind. I started by coaching siblings and relatives on anger/stress management and relaxation techniques, then free tutorship for patients at the clinic during my clinical postings before taking courses on life support to help in my career and tutoring advancements.

My teaching method is dependent on what I'm tutoring... For first response, it is both theoretical and practical. While for relaxation, anger management will be based on my interactions and rapport with my student.... It could also be varying depending on my student mood and emotions.
