About Drishika
Hi, I’m Drishika — a final-year Psychology student at the University of Melbourne, a passionate tutor, and a committed mental health advocate. My journey with psychology began over five years ago in high school through mental health initiatives, and it has since grown into a deep academic and personal commitment. I’ve supported students as a Peer Mentor and Seminar Leader, and I love making complex psychological concepts accessible, engaging, and relevant. Tutoring gives me the chance to share what I’ve learned and give back to others who are just as passionate about psychology and mental health. I aim to create a supportive, clear, and confidence-building learning environment for every student.

I’m a final-year Psychology student at the University of Melbourne, with experience as a Peer Mentor and Seminar Leader supporting first-year students in core psychology subjects. I tutor VCE Psychology and first- to second-year undergraduate students, focusing on building strong conceptual understanding, academic confidence, and assessment readiness. My sessions are structured yet flexible, often 60 minutes long, and include a mix of theory, practical examples, and exam strategies. I also assist with academic skills like report writing, referencing (APA/Chicago), and research methods. Lessons are available online.

Drishika was incredibly patient when teaching me the content. She made sure she took time to explain the foundations well in different ways so that I could best understand them before building on topics.
