About Elizabeth
I studied accounting and my Bachelor's of Arts in Business Administration, Accounting from Seattle University on July 2015, and landed on my first job as an accounting assistant on Oct, 2015 in a shipping industry in Washington. I moved to Jakarta for good on July 2016 because of my work visa sponsorship came later after application due to the H1-B. I tried various accounting jobs in Jakarta but yet to find a long term career fit. While actively applying for better opportunities, I would like to share my knowledge and hopefully become a mentor to those I teach. I felt this urge because most of the people around me, including encouraging others to learn something quite effective.

I am super pumped to dedicate my resources to teach these subjects: Basic Math / Basic Mathematics (Algebra, Arithmetic) for elementary school students to junior high / elementary to junior high school students. English (starting from basic grammar, TOEFL based on my study abroad and materials I have learned course, speaking confidently in regards to preparing for a business presentation) to all levels of high school, college to pursue for BA degree (open for high school, vocational school, D3 to S1). Accounting (Basic to Intermediate Financial & Management Accounting, Personal or Practical Finance, majors / young adults who are interested in learning this) My Methods or Approaches on Topics: First meetup: I want to know you. Difficulties experienced in the topics in the class, your learning style, your expectations and expectations. I also want you to know me. I like teaching based on experience & not just facts. The way I teach is divided into 3 points. First point: previous study session review, where you have to be active in the review (showing me how serious you are to succeed). If the first meeting, of course only 2 points. Second point: I will confirm, clarify, or elaborate the results of your review and discuss the next topic. Third point: I tested you very briefly (3 questions max) regarding the topic of the day and I will give you homework if I think you still need practice. For high-school education students: I am the person who will not force you to study and work on homework because the role of a teacher is only to educate / direct. The rest, it's each and one of you guys who take control on your decisions on your pace, learning experiences. Hopefully there are mutual, we're here :)
