About Dani
I am a certified Hatha Vinyasa & Yin Yoga instructor. My yogic journey began in 2010, where my dedicated asana practice guided me through self-healing and spiritual empowerment. I have been living in Northern Thailand for the last four years and completed my yoga teacher training on the island of Koh Phangan, Thailand in 2016. In 2017, I worked as a full time Holistic Practitioner at an international addictions rehab center in Thailand.

I draw inspiration from studies in Ayurveda, Re-wilding, Somatic Movement, as well as training in Buddhist mindfulness and meditation techniques. My classes build resiliency through strength and flexibility training along with surrendering to what is present in this moment. Private classes are entirely catered to your own needs and desires.
