About Josh
I'm Josh. I'm 32 and live in Hanham, Bristol.
I have always enjoyed learning about science in school and it led me to complete a degree in Biochemistry. From there I looked for a job in the science industry, relating to pharmaceuticals. I work in a laboratory where I analyse the stability of cancer drugs, essentially giving the drugs a use-by date, like you would food. I take the lead on training new employees and university students in the lab, it being my favourite part of my job.
I want to help students not only perform well in their science education, but to also inspire them. Hopefully to allow them to enjoy learning the complexities of science and how science can be used to benefit the world we live in today.

I have a first class degree in Biochemistry from the University of Nottingham and have worked in pharmaceutical research for over 10 years.
I want to use my experience and knowledge to help students and take pride in each lesson I give.
